From the moment we announced that this home was hitting the market, it was met with an immediate social media presence. Through our strategic marketing plan, we began with a coming soon video, capturing the feeling of this home to tease its arrival.

Once the home hit the market, our listing agent, Georgia Lavarini, began with an agent open house, allowing agents and brokers through to scan the home and compare it to their clients wants and needs.

With the momentum of the social media posts already strong, we hired a professional videographer who captured the true character and charm of Merritt with the minute long cinematic video.

From there, the listing went live on our local Waterloo Board and Canadian wide association. Social traction continued to draws on the listing and in the end, the home sold to a lovely person who intends on continuing its design appeal.
