Pat brings a well-rounded and people-first approach to his role at Capstone, backed by over a decade of customer-facing experience at The Keg, where he developed a strong foundation in client service, communication, and leadership in management. His background in business to business sales, further refined his ability to build relationships and deliver value-driven solutions. Pat also worked with Fusion Homes and PDI’s providing valuable insight into the home building process. His skill set at Fusion opened up his personal work responsibilities into the world of skilled-trades.
Pat attended college in Kingston Ontario at St Lawrence College for Police Foundations, and later attended college in Peterborough in the field of Paralegal Studies and finished his academic degree with a Bachelor’s Degree at University of Guelph, with a Major in Sociology and Minor in Marketing.
Known for his easygoing nature, strong work ethic, and organized approach, Pat is both personable and driven in everything he does. He takes pride in being educated in his craft and approaching each opportunity with intention and care. Outside of real estate, Pat enjoys NFL Sundays and fantasy football, keeping up with professional sports, reading, and spending quality time with family. He also values giving back and staying connected within the community. A fun fact about Pat is that he spends a good chunk of his free time building and restoring vintage motorcycles and loves to chat about anything automotive related.
Having grown up in Newcastle Ontario, Pat has a deep appreciation for the feel of a close-knit community, something that continues to shape both his personal values and professional approach. He understands the importance of finding not just a home, but a place where clients feel a true sense of belonging.
