She holds an Honours Bachelor Degree in Communication Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Diploma with Honours in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Humber College. With her background in real estate and education, she has developed extraordinary skills in negotiation, communication, customer service, problem-solving, and believes heavily in continuous learning.
