Shortly after, Scott obtained a Graduate University Degree in Business Administration, MBA, which enables him to go head to head with your lender to clarify the often confusing concepts used in the banking industry. 

Scott owns 3 agricultural parcels of over 150 acres and, therefore, understands the issues, challenges and opportunities in the agricultural industry. He has managed 2 Royal City Realty offices and acted as a mentor to new agents. Scott also bought and converted an old factory into a senior’s 8-plex in Bruce County. And, he currently owns and manages a commercial office building in the area. 

Scott lives and breathes real estate professionally, and personally. You can count on him to be your guiding light.

On his “time off” Scott enjoys skiing, water skiing, fitness swimming, piano, guitar and flying his home-built plane.
