Her passion for real estate began in high school when she started working as a real estate receptionist. She moved on to become a law clerk for the Stratford area where she developed a thorough understanding of the legal side of a real estate transaction. 

Julia’s industry expertise combined with her legal savvy enable clients to experience a streamlined and seamless process.

Many of Julia’s weekends are spent with her husband, kids and two dogs discovering Guelph on one of the many beautiful trails the city has to offer. When not on the trails, you will find Julia “fixing” something in her home. Whether it is sanding an old hand-me-down table or building a shelf to display her family photos, no project is out of reach.
